1. In life we do things. Some we wish we never had done, and some we wish we could replay a million times in our heads. But they all makes us who we are, and in the end they shape every detail about us. If we were to reverse any of them we wouldn’t be the person we are. So just live. Make mistakes, have wonderful memories. But never second guess who you are, where you have been, and most importantly where it is you’re going.

2. Just because you don’t see results after a day or even a week, don’t give up. You may not see changes, but every smart choice you make is affecting you in ways you’d never imagine.

3. Life isn’t about how many people call you and it’s not about who you’ve dated, are dating, or haven’t dated at all. It’s not about grades, money, clothes, or colleges that accept you or not. Life isn’t about if you have lots of friends, or if you are alone, and it’s not about how accepted or unaccepted you are, but life is about who you love and who you hurt. It’s about how you feel about yourself. It’s about trust, happiness and compassion. It’s about sticking up for your friends and replacing inner hate with love. Life is about avoiding jealousy, over-coming ignorance and building confidence. It’s about what you say and what you mean. It’s about seeing people for who they are and not for what they have. Most of all, it is about living your life to touch someone else’s.

4. Someday, we’ll forget the hurt. The reasons we cried and who caused the pain. We will finally realize that the secret of being free is not revenge, but letting things unfold in their own way and their own time. After all, what matters is not the first, but the last chapter of our lives, which shows how well we ran the race. So smile, laugh, forgive, believe, and love all over again.

5. Everything you can imagine is real.

Bare leve dag for dag. Bare leve i nuet. Bare kjenne at man virkelig lever, og gjør noe annet enn tidligere. Noe helt annerledes noe.

The important thing is not to be bitter over life’s disappointments. Learn to let go of the past, and recognize that everyday won’t be sunny. And when you find yourself lost in the darkness and despair – remember it’s only in the black of night you can see the stars, and those stars will lead you back home.

So don’t be afraid to make mistakes, to stumble, to fall – cause most of the time the greatest rewards come from doing the things that scare you the most. Maybe you’ll get everything you wish for. Maybe you’ll get more than you ever could have imagined. Who knows where life will take you. The road is long – and in the end, the journey is the destination. – One Tree Hill

1. I think everything in life is art. What you do. How you dress. The way you love someone, and how you talk. Your smile and your personality. What you believe in, and all your dreams. The way you drink your tea. How you decorate your home. Or party. Your grocery list. The food you make. How your writing looks. And the way you feel. Life is art. – Ukjent.

2. Everybody has a secret world inside of them. All of the people of the world – I mean everybody. No matter how dull and boring they are on the outside, inside them they’ve all got unimaginable, magnificent, wonderful, stupid, amazing worlds. Not just one world. Hundreds of them. Thousands maybe. – Neil Gaiman

3. If people sat outside and looked at the stars each night, I’ll bet they’d live a lot differently. – Bill Watterson

4. I figure life’s a gift and I don’t intend on wasting it. You don’t know what hand you’re gonna get dealt next. You learn to take life as it comes at you. To make each day count. – Jack, Titanic

5. Don’t cry over the past, it’s gone. Don’t stress about the future, it hasn’t arrived. Live in the present and make it beautiful. – Ukjent

Ha en fin lørdag, alle sammen!

«Don’t ever lay one single doubt on yourself. You’re beautiful, you’re smart, you’re special, and you’re amazing by far in your own personal way. Don’t bother to care what people think, as long as you believe in yourself that’s all that matters. You can do whatever you want if you only try, and no one can stop you from living out your dreams. Don’t ever let anyone make you think otherwise. ♥»
